Rapid Survey

Rapid Survey is a SaaS platform that empowers manufacturing and service companies to conduct targeted market research through pre-built survey solutions.

Key Features:

Choose from expert solutions like 'Pack Choice,' 'Ad Video Choice,' and 'Price Sensitivity Test', ... to meet specific research goals.
A simple workflow guides users through defining content, setting target audience quotas, and launching projects.
Automated survey distribution and data collection with result notifications.

Admin Panel:

Provides full control over users, survey solutions, and individual projects.
Manages email templates and API keys for third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

I joined the Rapid Survey project as a key developer, contributing significantly to its evolution from version 1.5 to 1.7. My role grew from supporting existing features to leading the full-stack development of major new solutions.

Version 1.5 (Feature Enhancement & Maintenance):
In my initial phase, I supported the front-end team by diagnosing and fixing bugs reported by clients in key existing solutions, including 'Pack Choice,' 'Ad Video Choice,' and 'Brand Health Tracking,' enhancing platform stability and user satisfaction.
Version 1.6 (Implementing 'Price Sensitivity Test' Solution):
I served as the main developer for this major new feature, responsible for its entire lifecycle:
- Frontend: Engineered the complete 5-step user-facing form for the new solution.
- Backend: Analyzed requirements, designed and created the necessary database tables, and developed all RESTful APIs and webhooks for the feature.
- Admin Panel: Built the corresponding management interface for administrators.
Version 1.7 (Implementing 'Brand Health Check' Solution):
Continuing in a lead capacity, I developed the platform's next major feature, the 'Brand Health Check' solution. This involved a similar full-stack development cycle to v1.6, where I handled database and API creation to the front-end and admin panel implementation.
